C&N Announces Plans for Further Expansion into Lancaster-York Region
C&N Branch site at 2098 Spring Valley Road, Lancaster
WELLSBORO, PA – C&N has received regulatory approval to open a full-service branch at 2098 Spring Valley Road in Lancaster and to expand its current loan office at 2951 Whiteford Road in York into a full-service branch, bringing the total number of C&N branches to 31. The York office conversion and new Lancaster office are expected to occur in October of this year.
C&N has operated the York loan office since 2019 under the leadership of Jeff Snyder, Senior Vice President and Regional Executive. Snyder will also lead the Lancaster office.
“C&N has a unique approach to how we serve our clients,” said Snyder. “We provide easy access, a personal touch and a team of professionals with extensive experience in value-based relationship banking, lending and wealth management. The Lancaster-York region is home to thousands of hard-working people and small- and medium-sized companies that will value a local team of experts who tailor solutions to meet their specialized needs.”
Together, these well-known bankers bring more than 100 years of experience and a deep familiarity with their communities and its residents:

Brad Scovill, C&N’s President and CEO, believes this milestone positions the company for its future in the Lancaster-York region. “This is an important project for C&N and the area. Our local team has grown substantially over the last few years and built strong, long-standing relationships. We’re vested in these communities and these offices will be ideal for us to continue to serve and create value for our Lancaster and York customers for many years to come.”
