WELLSBORO, PA – C&N, the leading financial services company in the region, recently named Anna Shipman to its team of residential lending experts, who will be based in C&N’s Wysox office. 

In her new role, Anna Shipman will help neighbors in Bradford and Sullivan Counties achieve their homeownership dreams. Anna has an extensive background in Real Estate, beginning with a local law firm where she gained valuable insight through experience and various Real Estate Courses. Anna joined C&N in 2017 as a Loan Specialist Assistant where she eventually amplified her skill set by taking on the role of Construction Administrator. With her expertise in the homeownership field, Anna will make a natural transition into her role as a Mortgage Loan Originator, helping customers purchase, build or refinance their homes.

Anna graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology with a Minor in Paralegal Studies in 2014. She takes pride in giving back to her community, often donating her time to CHOP, the Salvation Army, the Troy Fair and the Children’s House, and has taken a hands-on approach with C&N’s Giving Back, Giving Together program. She credits her strong work ethic and sense of family to being raised on her family’s small farm in Bradford County and plans to draw on these values to help customers turn their houses into homes. 

In her spare time, Anna participates in outdoor activities such as water sports and fishing, and she loves to vacation at her family cottage in Canada. She enjoys spending time with her husband, family and pets, with her first child on the way.
