A resident of Wellsboro, Pennsylvania, Jay brings over 13 years of experience and expertise to his new role. He holds the highly regarded Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA) and Certificate in Investment Performance Measurement ® (CIPM) designations, demonstrating his commitment to professional excellence. Jay also earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from St. Francis University, solidifying his strong foundation in financial analysis and management.

In 2016, Jay joined C&N as a Trust Investment Officer. Throughout his tenure, he has provided comprehensive portfolio oversight for client accounts, ensuring their financial well-being is prioritized. Since 2019, he has played a pivotal role in leading fixed income strategies and fund research for C&N Wealth Management, demonstrating his deep understanding of the markets and meticulous attention to detail.
