Rachael Clark Graduates from PA Bankers Leadership Institute
WELLSBORO, PA (Citizens & Northern Corporation, NASDAQ: CZNC) – Rachael Clark, Regional Market Leader for C&N, recently graduated from the prestigious 2023-2024 PA Bankers Leadership Institute.
Through a rigorous six-session program, the PA Bankers Leadership Institute equips participants with the skills to become transformative leaders within the banking industry. The program delves into organizational culture, leadership styles, effective communication, and achieving exceptional results. Ms. Clark honed her leadership skills under the guidance of renowned banking experts like Dr. Linda Eagle and Dennis Budinich.

Ms. Clark brings a wealth of experience to her role at C&N, having served the banking industry for 16 years. As Regional Market Leader, she oversees regional sales and business development strategies, prioritizing exceptional customer service throughout all operations. Her prior experience encompasses a diverse range of areas within banking, including retail and business banking, wealth management, and client relationship management.
Beyond her banking expertise, Ms. Clark is a dedicated community leader. A 2023 graduate of Leadership Lycoming, she currently serves on the program's selection committee. Her extensive community involvement includes serving on the boards of directors for the Saint John School of the Arts, Lycoming College's Institute for Management Studies Board of Mentors, the Williamsport/Lycoming Chamber Phillips Plankenhorn Small Business Award Selection Committee, the Jersey Shore Education Foundation, Hope Enterprises Golf Committee, and Florence Crittenton Services, Inc. Ms. Clark also previously served on the board of the North-Central PA YWCA.
