Introducing Will Kadri as VP & Small Business Banking Manager

To lead C&N’s Small Business efforts, C&N has named Will Kadri as the new VP & Small Business Banking Manager, effective January 1, 2025. In this role, Kadri oversees the development and execution of our small business banking strategy. His responsibilities include working closely with the bank’s small business clients and prospects and providing leadership and training for Retail Personal Banking Managers, which will further strengthen their ability to serve this segment.

Celebrating Azariah “Az” Parmer’s Promotion

C&N is also pleased to highlight the promotion of Azariah “Az” Parmer to AVP & Commercial Lending Relationship Manager effective January 1, 2025.

Az has been a key contributor since joining C&N in 2020, advancing from Credit Analyst Intern to Credit Analyst III. His expertise in credit analytics, collaborative approach and deep knowledge of C&N’s credit policy and business products have positioned him for success in his new role.
