YORK, PA (Citizens & Northern Corporation, NASDAQ: CZNC) – C&N, a leading financial services company throughout Pennsylvania, today announced the upcoming retirement of Jeff Snyder, who has served as C&N’s Executive Vice President & Regional Executive in the Lancaster & York markets for the last six years. After a distinguished career, Snyder will enter retirement effective April 1, 2025, leaving behind a legacy of growth, innovation and unwavering commitment to C&N and the community.

With decades of industry experience, Jeff has led C&N since its entry into the Lancaster & York markets over six years ago. Based in C&N’s York office, Jeff assembled a team of experienced professionals whose success led the company to open a second location in Lancaster in 2021. Jeff’s expertise, commitment to excellence, client focus and passion for the community have made him a trusted advisor and friend to many, creating lasting relationships with his clients and teammates.

With over 30 years of experience leading sales teams and fostering interdepartmental cooperation, Peter’s deep understanding of the needs of the region and his passion for building strong business relationships makes him the ideal choice to lead C&N into its next chapter of success.
