WELLSBORO, PA – C&N, the leading financial services company in the region, recently welcomed Heather Malvica to its team of residential lending experts, who will based in C&N’s Sayre office. 

In her new role, Heather Malvica will help neighbors in Bradford County and surrounding areas achieve their homeownership dreams. Combining her prior experience with her tireless work ethic, Heather is well positioned to match her customers goals with the best solutions possible. Heather joined C&N in February of 2021 after spending 18 years at Verizon as a Solutions Manager, where she honed her skills in project management and customer relations. Upon joining C&N, Heather has completed several programs with the Mortgage Bankers Association, earning multiple certifications in the Mortgage Lending Industry.

Heather earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Elmira College. As a resident of the Waverly area, she takes pride in her community and in the strong relationships she’s built with her neighbors. She loves to volunteer her time whenever possible, serving time on the Valley Playland Rebuild project and at the local elementary school. When not at work, Heather enjoys spending time with her husband, Chris, and their three children.
