Financing Based On Your Vision
Most appraisals for financing your home improvements do not take your future plans into consideration. C&N's Home Renovation Loan is a little different.
Our "as-complete value" package provides your appraiser with the plans and costs of your desired improvements, so your home will be appraised as if the improvements were already completed.
Your Home Improvement Loan allows you to take up to 80% of your home's improved value, including the balance of your first lien mortgage, avoiding the necessity of refinancing a loan which may have a lower interest rate than those offered today.
