WELLSBORO, PA – Citizens & Northern Corporation announced today that it extended its offer to holders of $25 million in aggregate principal amount of its 3.25% fixed to floating rate subordinated notes due 2031 , issued May 19, 2021, to exchange the Old Notes for a like principal amount of notes with identical terms other than that such new notes have been registered under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended.

GALETON – Two Galeton High School students have been awarded scholarships from the John J. Kramer Family Galeton Charitable Trust. The 2021 scholarships totaled $17,200 with each student being awarded $8,600.
 

GALETON – Ten Galeton High School students have been awarded scholarships from the William and L.R. Gale Community Foundation a/k/a Galeton Foundation. The 2021 scholarships totaled $135,000 with each student being awarded $2,500 per semester. 
 

WELLSBORO, PA – Six Tioga County students have been named recipients of scholarships from the William Bowen Copp and Graydon S. Copp Agriculture Education Trust. The 2020 awards totaled $76,000.
