Bradford & Sullivan County, PA Mortgage Lenders

Stacey Sickler is the Director of Residential Mortgage Lending at C&N. Stacey has been in Mortgage Lending for 25 years including 21 with C&N. She is responsible for the mortgage lending line of business and does a limited amount of originating. Her office is in our Sayre Branch located at 1827 Elmira Street, Sayre, PA 18840.

She holds her B.S. Degree in Business Administration and Finance from Susquehanna University and is a graduate of the Advanced School of Banking at Bucknell University. She is also a graduate of the NY Penn Leadership Program. Stacey currently serves as Chairperson for the Bankers Settlement Services of Southwest PA and is serving on the Advisory committee for the Mortgage Partnership Finance program with the Federal Home Loan Bank of Pittsburgh.  Active in her community, Stacey serves on the pension committee for Athens Township and is a past trustee of the Spalding Memorial Library, former member of the Choices Program, and active in her child’s school PTG.

Stacey and her husband, David, have two sons and live in the Athens area.  Away from work, Stacey enjoys time with family, the outdoors and spending time in the Finger Lakes region.

Michelle Rae is a Regional Mortgage Loan Originator at C&N covering Bradford and Sullivan Counties as well as New York State. She had 19 years of experience in a similar capacity prior to joining C&N's Lending Team in 2012. In her role, Michelle is responsible for originating residential mortgages, including purchase, refinance, construction and land financing. Michelle's office is in our Sayre Branch located at 1827 Elmira Street, Sayre, PA 18840.

Michelle has her Bachelor's Degree in Business with Minors in Communications and Human Resources, and graduated from the NY Penn Leadership Program. She is also very involved with C&N's Giving Back, Giving Together program, often volunteering and helping to raise funds to benefit her local community. 

In her spare time, she enjoys camping, traveling and spending time with her family, including her three grandchildren.

Kathi Heimbach is a Mortgage Loan Originator working out of the Troy office at C&N. She primarily covers Bradford and Tioga Counties in Pennsylvania, and the Southern Tier of New York. She received her certificate from PBA School of Banking in 2009. Prior to starting her lending role in 2009, she began her banking experience as a Customer Service Representative and transitioned into loan support to gain experience in the back-end of lending and documentation. Kathi has accumulated to 34 years with C&N and 35 years of total banking experience.  Her current lending role covers purchases, purchase rehabs, refinance, construction and land mortgages.  

Kathi grew up on a dairy farm and has continued to be involved in the small business enterprises area with ownership roles. She credits her family and growing up years doing the daily chores on the family farm from an early age and up with building a strong work ethic, the need to think your way through a challenge and the ability to see a task all the way through to completion.  A strong diversified community base is important to Kathi. She is active in C&N’s Giving Back, Giving Together program through volunteering and fundraising for the immediate local needs. 

In her spare time Kathi enjoys time with her family and grandchildren, being outdoors, listening to podcasts and audio books and traveling.
