Since beginning his career in the Financial Industry in 2003, Josh Sivers has been cultivating his expertise into success at C&N. Currently, Josh is the Senior Retirement Plan Administrator at C&N in which he manages all employer sponsored retirement plan administration. Prior to joining C&N in 2014, he worked as an Investment Analyst and Mutual Fund Trader for First Savings Financial Services. Josh graduated from Lycoming College in 1999 with a B.A. in Communications, and earned his Masters of Business Administration from Bloomsburg University in 2001. 

Josh has volunteered his time as a youth sports coach in the Warrior Run community. He currently serves as Treasurer of his church. Josh lives in Watsontown, PA with his two children.

Shelby joined C&N Bank in 2021 as an Estate Administrator. As a former estate administration paralegal with over 25 years of experience administrating estates and trusts, her expertise lies in working with Attorneys and clients in all facets of the administration process. This includes maintaining the master calendar, preparing drafts of all required Probate and Pennsylvania Department of Revenue filings as well as extensive knowledge of the Court required accounting processes.

Shelby graduated from Gannon University with an A.A. in the Lawyer’s Assistant Program and has a Pa.C.P. designation as a Pennsylvania Certified Paralegal through the Keystone Alliance of Paralegal Associations. Shelby was a Charter Member of The Lycoming County Paralegal Association in 1994 and has served as President the organization from 2019-2021.

Shelby has always been active in her community and is currently serving as the Secretary of the Board of the Friends of the James V. Brown Library and continues to be involved with the Junior League of Williamsport, where she served as President 2007-2009. 

Shelby and her husband, Gary, live in Williamsport and are the parents of two adult sons, Riley and Stefan. In her spare time, she enjoys walking, reading, cooking, and entertaining for family and friends.
