Kevin is a Commercial Lending Relationship Team Leader in Sayre and has been with C&N since 2005. He has 24 years of commercial lending experience. He holds his Bachelor's Degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University in Ithaca. He and his wife, Michelle, and their four children live in Waverly. Kevin is a member of the Tioga County Industrial Development Agency board and the Sayre Enterprise Center Board. He is a member of the Blessed Trinity Roman Catholic Church in Waverly, NY.

Kathi Heimbach is a Mortgage Loan Originator working out of the Troy office at C&N. She primarily covers Bradford and Tioga Counties in Pennsylvania, and the Southern Tier of New York. She received her certificate from PBA School of Banking in 2009. Prior to starting her lending role in 2009, she began her banking experience as a Customer Service Representative and transitioned into loan support to gain experience in the back-end of lending and documentation. Kathi has accumulated to 34 years with C&N and 35 years of total banking experience.  Her current lending role covers purchases, purchase rehabs, refinance, construction and land mortgages.  

Kathi grew up on a dairy farm and has continued to be involved in the small business enterprises area with ownership roles. She credits her family and growing up years doing the daily chores on the family farm from an early age and up with building a strong work ethic, the need to think your way through a challenge and the ability to see a task all the way through to completion.  A strong diversified community base is important to Kathi. She is active in C&N’s Giving Back, Giving Together program through volunteering and fundraising for the immediate local needs. 

In her spare time Kathi enjoys time with her family and grandchildren, being outdoors, listening to podcasts and audio books and traveling.

A graduate of the Central Atlantic School of Banking, Advanced School of Banking and School of Commercial Lending, William has 25+ years of commercial lending experience and 31 years in the banking industry overall. It’s this level of experience, along with a genuine commitment to help his clients reach their goals, that makes William such an asset to the C&N team. 

William works closely with Community Office Managers & Commercial Team members in developing and originating small business loans for all branches of C&N. His community connections run deep, having been Mayor of Canton Borough for four years and Canton Borough Council President for four years. He also serves as treasurer for both the Western Bradford Development Corporation and Park Cemetery Association.
