Robert worked with BB&T, TD Bank and Third Federal Bank before joining C&N, adding up to over 16 years of industry experience. In addition, he is a member of the Montgomery County Real Estate Investors, the Diversified Real Estate Investors, and a Board Member of the Parkplace Homeowners Association. 

Robert has a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration & Accounting from La Salle University and an MBA in Finance from Philadelphia University. In the community, he volunteers with the Collegeville and Philadelphia Rotary, Collegeville Economic Development Corporation and The Speaker’s House. He lives in Souderton, PA with his wife, Stacey, and has three adult children.

Earl is an industry veteran with over 42 years of experience who is now serving as a Senior Commercial Lending Relationship Manager for C&N in the Doylestown Region. Prior to C&N, he worked as a Senior Lender for Covenant Bank and National Penn Bank.  

He graduated from Babson College in Wellesley, Massachusetts with a double major in finance and investments. He has lived in Franconia Township, PA for the last 40 years.

Cynthia recently joined C&N as Commercial Relationship Manager after 30 years of experience in similar roles elsewhere. She holds an AA Degree from Messiah College in Retail Management and a B.S. in Business Administration/Marketing from DeSales University. 

Cynthia serves her community through roles with Push The Rock Sports Ministries and Crossroads Pregnancy Care. She also enjoys participating in sports and outdoor activities with her husband, Walt, three grown sons and six grandchildren.

Robert has 33 years of experience in the lending industry, with previous stints at numerous banks before joining C&N in 2016. As a SVP of Commercial Lending, his responsibilities include new loan and deposit generation, loan underwriting, portfolio management and more. To each of these, Robert brings a personal approach and a sincere knack for building relationships with his clients. 

A graduate of Moravian College with a B.S. in Mathematics, Robert also studied Effective Speaking & Human Relations at Dale Carnegie and attended various lending seminars and classes. He serves with the North Pennsylvania Rotary, is on the Golf Committee of The Pathway School and has two daughters he adores.

Thomas managed the Covenant Bank credit department and served as the bank’s lead credit analyst prior to its merger with C&N. He now serves as our Commercial Lending Relationship Manager, overseeing a commercial portfolio with a wide range of customers, including small businesses, non-profits, and real estate investors. Thomas helps his commercial customers to grow and expand their business, provides financial expertise, and delivers lending solutions that meet each client’s need with a personal touch.

A graduate of Saint Joseph’s University, Thomas has a B.S. in Finance and nine years of experience in lending. His hobbies include soccer, gardening, playing music and volunteering with the Healthy Kids Running Series in West Philadelphia, PA.

Ed brings over two decades of commercial banking experience to C&N. Prior to joining C&N, he was a Senior Vice President/Senior Relationship Manager at OceanFirst Bank after a long tenure at Fulton Bank. A life-long resident of Greater Philadelphia, Ed is a graduate of La Salle University, where he earned his BA in Business Administration as well as an MBA. His primary responsibilities at C&N include new loan and deposit origination, loan underwriting, and portfolio management.  Ed prides himself on establishing long-standing, comprehensive relationships with his clients. 

Ed is very engaged in the local community serving as Chairman of Warwick Township’s Financial Advisory Board, Vice Chairman of the Bucks County Children’s Museum, and Vice Chairman of St. Joseph/St Robert’s School Advisory Board. He also holds board posts on his parish’s CYO, serving as Basketball Director, and coaches youth football and basketball.  

Outside of the above commitments, Ed enjoys spending time with his wife and children at the Jersey Shore, and supporting his family at many local sporting and social events. He also serves on the Golf Committee at Central Bucks Chamber of Commerce while continuing to “learn” the game of golf.

Dan brings over 31 years of both retail and commercial banking experience to the team at C&N.  Most recently, he was a Vice President, Senior Relationship Manager, Commercial Lending with Penn Community Bank. He is a graduate of Penn State University where he earned his BA in Economics with a minor in Business.  In addition, he is Credit Risk Certified by the Risk Management Association.

Dan is an active member of the local community. Currently, he serves as the President of the Board of Directors for the North Penn YMCA, where he is also the Budget and Finance Committee Chairman. His commitment to the community led to him being named the 2020 recipient of the North Penn YMCA Hall of Fame Award for exceptional leadership and devoted service.  Dan is also a member of the Montgo-New Britain Rotary Club where he actively participates in community projects. 

Outside of his commitments at work and in the community, Dan likes to spend time with his wife, Elaine and their two adult children, Christian and Kaitlyn. He also enjoys spending time working on his cars and vacationing in the Outer Banks.
